Raw material to Unboiled bristles (Semi-dressed bristles)
1. Dry the raw materials in the air and clean initially in the defoathering machine
2. Soaked the initially cleaned materials in the water to soften the bristle roots for easy further cleaning
3. Washing with flowing water and sort out the flags roughly by machine
4.Combing out short waste materials, binding on wood/ bamboo bars to steam and dry the materials in the kiln
5.Produce into different lengths and binding in 2" bundles with strings (unboiled bristles or Semi-dressed bristles) |
for at least 10 hours
